How screening scores are calculated
Answer scores, weighted criteria and the overall match percentage.
Inputs
The screening engine considers the job description, required and preferred qualifications, your evaluation criteria, the candidate's resume and confirmed details, video and voice transcripts, and written answers.
Answer scores
Each response receives a 0–100 score against job-related criteria, with a short evaluation, supporting excerpts from the answer and areas requiring clarification.
Overall match
Each criterion is scored 0–100 and multiplied by its weight. The overall match is the weighted total — for example Technical Knowledge 94% × 40% + Relevant Experience 88% × 25% + … — so you can always see exactly how it was produced.
What it is not
Scores are structured assessment results to support your review. They are not guarantees of future job performance and are never used to reject anyone automatically.
